Parts of our job is being outsourced how much notice does a manager get before they layoffs. If you are one selected for to be cut?

What push? By whom? Nobody in power, certainly. Jobs are moving out, and h1b visa holders are moving in same as always. Whatever lip service you may have heard around bringing jobs back to the US was just that. Don’t kid yourself. It’s not happening.
WHY are we outsourcing when the most recent push is to bring jobs BACK to the USA?
Did you hear anything yet? Our jobs are also in peril of being outsourced and we "interviewed" via a telephone conference call , over the past two weeks, for our own jobs. We were told we would hear this week of the outcome. No word yet. Future projects have all but come to an abrupt hold at this time and office morale has sunk to all time lows. Please just let us know so we can move forward with our lives.

A day at most. I’ve heard most are surprised when they find out. Take charge now and start looking for a new job at a better company. Lots of opportunities and it’s better to control you destiny than to hope you hang on at WF
OUTSOURCING. What department are you in? We have heard that rumor as well! Is it just a few of us, or the entire department?I just wish they would be open and honest with us, instead of all of these games. We have families and life altering issues and need to move on, if necessary.
