Most people are tired of the never ending re-orgs, new managers, managers that disappear in the night, long hours with no job security. Many are hoping for severance packages so they can get a better job!

Couldn't have said it better. Please lay me off. This company is scandalous, corrupt and unethical. Not to mention the worst company I have ever worked for. I can't even get access to half the programs I need to do my job because management doesn't care. I've been told to use someone else's logins many times. My current manager has no idea what this team does. Getting help or questions answered is impossible because nobody knows the process. I can't imagine how the people our jobs are getting offshored to will ever figure it out.
