Churn rate will be going up. We are outsourcing and T-Mobile is working on the customer service. Hans is is going to run us into the ground too!
My understanding that as if 11AM EST, call centers haven’t been able to receive calls. This is confirmed with Care. CORe and BGCO. Nice job Hans. Let’s see how much integrity upper management has when they give us the reason that the network is down nationwide.
