Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Tim Sloan might stay as CEO, after all

Could it be that the rumors were wrong and that TS is staying for good after all? Even though his words were very diplomatic, he spoke with a certain level of self confidence that just makes you wonder. My two cents, he’s probably staying for the time being. Wouldn’t it be just great if he stayed as CEO for the full seven years? We would have just about enough time for another round of 10% reduction of Workforce (sarcasm).

Still, he emphasized, his last day will ultimately depend on whether directors remain satisfied with his work. “It could be as long as tomorrow,” he mused. “So somewhere between tomorrow and seven years.”

He's done. Ineffectual and untrustworthy. Wells Fargo, as we know it, is done too.

He'll stay as long as the stock is doing OK. If more scandals come out, he's done
