Not enough information. Is the WC? STD? Are you management? Union? Either way your Doctor should advocate for you? Fill in the gaps.
(Used to work there) I highly recommend having a lawyer on retainer when dealing with them. They are incredibly shady and the people making the decision about your claims have no medical training usually. They hire some nurses, but the workload is so high, claiments are the last considered. Sedgwick is working for their client (Verizon), not for you. They s---.
