Not sure about not carrying but the ship is sinking and needs a new captain. There are several top leaders that are going to need to put there life jackets on and jump ship. If not then there needs to be a muteney and push them over board and force change.

Frontline workers are the ones that will be sacrificed and that’s the biggest mistake. To save $$ we can remove one manager making 240k or 8 front line people that are doing the real work.

I’m not saying we don’t need managers but we don’t need a manager managing a manager with no other responsibilities. At one time we had SPANA control that would have not allowed this.

I personally brought this up to my managers manager and then it went up a notch and they were told to leave it alone.

As we transform to anticipate customer needs, we will become more efficient in the coming years and have a smaller team overall. At the leader conference and again at our town hall, I noted that we will become a more streamlined company. Given changing customer preferences — including the accelerating adoption of digital self‑service capabilities, the focus on operational excellence, and ongoing commitment to efficiency — we expect our headcount to decline by approximately 5 to 10 percent within the next three years. This decline would reflect normal team member attrition as well as displacements over that period.

Wells Fargo needs an enema, starting from the top. Appaling corruption. How can the "leaders" sleep at night, much less feel justified in their compensation???

His hands were never clean and he should have been fired along with the others. No one outside the company wants to take the job because it's a nightmare based on the article.

He has made enough for his several generations to retire so he couldn't care less.
