It kills me on the expectations they have on this day every year. Last year, we did not have 1 single person waiting in line at open, but here we are again opening the store 2 hours early, 100% staffed just for another normal slow day of business. They are even opening our store on Sunday, when our store has been closed every Sunday for the past couple of months. I hate to break it to you, but customers are not lining up to buy $1000 phones. Stop pretending this day is going to be like those of years past.

Hey wireless guy. Join the union. It’s amazing what happens when everyone sticks together instead of trying to fight the company by yourself. The union is not perfect by any means but the benefits out weigh the bad stuff.
I am a wireless guy, but I wish the loyalty you see on the wireline still existed. But it’s over. Hate that I can’t bust my chops for years to gain promotion. It’s all politics on the wireless side.
I thought all you wireless folks were going to call in sick to show the company that they need to treat you better, show you some respect and change the commission plan so you can make more money. What happened?
