The new APP is frustrating!!!!
“Live” means up and running for the app.
Agreed about “dead”. It’s just a matter of time. I would not doubt if claims will be like at Walmart where claims took over some invoice duties and does DSD in addition to their work load. (Or, it’ll be like what’s happening to the PTC...where team leads and managers take over the responsibilities).
Unless they have a major patch for the apps going out, I hope everyone is ready for frustration.

Your CM has an email with a link to wire that will explain new processes. Almost everything moving to TC's for receiving and claims.

Dont tease about MTL and Coordinator. I am just waiting it out. I think you could be right though.
Why would CMs be in a meeting about that ? They have no clue about receiving or claims

What are they going to do, get rid of the receiving clerk and have claims associate take on the duties just like they do the reports that the audit team use to do? Smdh...let's just get it over with.

CM's should be in a meeting this week to learn the new streamline process for claims and receiving.
Could be, not sure if any other markets GMs have two days of meetings this week, similar schedule to 4 or 5 years ago when the first management restructure occured.
I feel fall is coming.
