We should layoff all are managers this is a level 2 postion that is not needed they run pointless calls and talk about numbers that they cook up. They also have way to many admins that work from home and never respond to email's in a timiley manner. Verizon wireless does not have them and they have a much lower Opex because of that.

0% chances, You can't do that, AT&T management structure is like a pyramid, the top rely on the bottom levels for them to do their jobs, therefore impossible to crack, and if anyone is removed it is automatically replaced quickly, called it mismanagement or brute incompetence, but that is what we got, only at the floor level is where the management swap creatures can get you.

We have NO Hours/Over Time/Extra pay... we work to get the job done while you all mess up accounts and claim to be wronged when you can’t even Show up on time! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GROW UP!
Agreed! ARSMs are lazy and never around, if only the company tracked their actual time worked...from home on the couch doesn’t count. Useless
