Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Any news on layoffs on layoffs in Marketing?

With all the negative PR finally affecting the bottom line, anyone heard anything about layoffs in the Marketing area? Are the new products performing as expected?

Moldafsky is incompetent and the ineffectual Integrated Marketing vs. Operating Committee model is replicated NOWHERE ELSE for obvious reasons. (Way to kill our resumes with this mumbo jumbo org structure... it's a laughing stock in the industry).

When will WF get rid of the selfish, myopic execs with bloated salaries and parachutes??? Does the Board not realize the problem is with leadership, NOT staff?? Those below know exactly how to work together efficiently and be productive. PLEASE LET US DO THAT!!!

TRIM THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP FAT NOW!! Or wallow in this abyss even longer.

The Marketing department has been destroyed. More siloed than ever. Collaboration a thing of the past. New processes being designed by people who have never done the actual work. Of course top execs were too involved trying to figure out how to stay out of jail for committing fraud to pay attention as Moldafsky pent millions and destroyed an organization.

Just now (9/20/2018), Tim Sloan said 5-10% staff reduction across company over 3 years. Up to 26,500 people over 3 years. Talking about severance, resume writing services, etc.

Wells Fargo CAUSED all this!!!!! Awful. Many lives affected. Just like the lives of all the customers they screwed.

All the corrupt leaders stay, but the worker bees get pink slips. Unethical.

I’m left in marketing, and I check here constantly, hoping a layoff rumor will make my day. Haven’t heard anything, but this management team is extremely secretive, so that doesn’t mean anything.

Who’s left in marketing? Three rounds of layoffs due to E&E and most received severance packages. I left during the second round of layoffs and, in the long run, was the best thing. Much happier working for an ethical bank.
