How can VDSI get outsourced, when they are already offshore/outsourced?
What about the employees at VDSI who are not offered retention bonus?
I heard they are giving retention bonus amount for few folks which will be given in 2 instalments in oct 2018 and oct 2019. For this, they have to sign up 24 months bond to be in VDSI. That too should be signed on coming Monday. They afraid for more attrition rate. Heard some official announcements are going to happen on September 17th.
Everyone knows when to prepare and what to prepare. No need of .... If you know the answer tell it otherwise ...
Short Answer : Be prepared for anything. This is not the only IT company in this Earth
