If and when they decide to get rid of nightcrew, and make them come in in the morning, are they going to offer anything to the people that cant make that switch? like a severance package? some people like me work nights because I cant work during the day because of my wife. My wife works all day and if I ever were to get a jod during the day, we would not be able to take and pick up our kids from school. anyone know?

Your family is your life. It's who you spend your good and bad days, who you protect, who you grow with. Your job is meant ONLY to get you by. It provides for the family. It does not come first. A lot of people get the two confused and that will lead to a lonely life. My CM gets it totally confused. She leaves her 2 adopted kids everyday. She will spend her days off at the club. She will be there from open to close. She's an id--t because she will be walked out the door just as easily as the worst worker in the place. I don't know what the point is she's trying to prove. She sits in that office yapping away, powdering her nose and eating. You'd think she can't stand to be at home. That's really sad. She is missing valuable moments in her kids lives for a place where she is just a number. I will never be that person. I will have the things money can't buy, and I will be happy.

Duh. daycare is not open until 10 pm at night. It doesn't matter if I had no kids. My family will always be first! If that is just a husband or with kids. @4kjw you're an absolute id--t. I feel sorry for whatever family you have or will have.
How are people’s kids the responsibility of anyone other than the people that had them ? Pay for daycare like any responsible parent would

Yes you will be offered a severance package. When they do, take it and run. Come February I think a lot of things are going to happen. Could be wrong though. Nights moving to days has been rumored for over a year now. They need to hurry up with it already.
They have already gotten rid of our night crew in my club. They were not offered anything..Its crazy how they can just uproot everyone's life and not blink a eye.
