I've been a Director for a very long time in VZ. I really truly enjoy my job, but the future is not what I'm looking towards.
Nothing wrong with where the business wants to go, but I think they could have made better decisions in letting VZ folks know what the future will be.
I'm in my current position today, because of the folks who work for me. Not saying I didn't work hard to get where I am, but my teams are who made me successful.
Please do what's best for you. I told my team the same.
NAILED IT. Nobody can truthfully answer the question "what will happen if I stay"? It seems more certain to try to figure out what happens if you leave.
What is it you would rather hear from OP? Seems like they were being sincere to me.
This seems very genuine. I signed up for the vsp only because I don’t feel there is any growth in the future. I’m an entry level manager and don’t think the company values my title. Thank you. Best of luck everyone
