...or whatever they call it.
Let's all collectively give them the lowest scores wherever possible. They screw us, we screw them. It's the only way they'll know how we feel and how dissatisfied we are with the current management and their decisions.

@VXzoARY-1rle The sign into the wire was started because of associates going in and taking the survey over and over once they gained access with the codes that were used. So essentially you would get crazy scores with more associates than what you really had. Additionally it allows the system to know if someone just started yesterday they’re probably not ready to take a survey on how engaged they are with their work. All this survey shows really is how engaged the associates are. We don’t do individual manager ones anymore so it’s not really about your manager but about you and how engaged you are with SAMS. Long ago though they did the manager ones... ugly. But yet did the job to get a manger to move along.
False: they know who you are because you sign into the wire:
They can’t see if it was specifically you. However if you are a receiving clerk well know for poor attitude and behavior it’s not hard to know who gave the score when you look under receiving or backroom scores.
True: for the 10 people on the post on this board over and over will make a difference.
This one is definitely true. Sorry displaced receiving clerk you are going through this, but it’s probably for the best that you’ve been displaced. One of the worst scoring areas across the board or the best no in betweeners
Just another post from a disgruntled associate that must gotten fired?
Hahahahahaha
I don’t think they care about the surveys any longer. Our team gave low scores two surveys ago, and our boss basically scolded us in our AES meeting.
Our team started giving good ratings and going on interviews to other companies. Folks just keep leaving, but I don’t think anyone cares. If feels like we are just an expense.
I know for a fact the Club Manager has access to find out who you are on these surveys. I was questioned about my answers several years ago. It's all BS now I have to lie
I answered the last survey VERY truthfully & I'm glad I did. And if you think they don't know who said what, you are so sadly mistaken! They tell you it's an "anonymous", but remember, the first thing you do, is LOG INTO THE WIRE! I am a displaced receiving clerk & I worked my A$$ off! I am taking severance & I feel sorry for my work family that are left to do more work with less people. Our club is busy, as a location close to us closed, we get a lot of their business. It's even worse now that we have more of those new self checkouts, that members don't like. It's just joke after joke, after joke! At least I'll be laughing, all the way to the bank! Karma is a b_tch, but so am I! We'll see who gets the last laugh now! Check back next year...
Do you really thing they care what is said on those survey's. If they really cared and wanted the truth they would come up with a way where people did not have to log in with there userid. Most of the people do not tell the truth on the survey for fear of retaliation.
They do not care.
I'm sure the same 10 people who post on this board over and over will really make the difference.
To those who were not eliminated, this is perhaps the only way to have your voice heard. Let's try to get 100% participation in all stores across the nation to let them know how dissatisfied we are with the direction this company is going. While there is no guarantee that things will change, at least HO will know they have a moral issue with their associates across the nation to deal with.
They did you a favor if you were eliminated.
When you get to the questiion "would you recommend someone you know to work at Sam's" make sure your answer is "no", "highly unlikely" or "highly disagree".
Hopefully it'll send the message that nobody wants to work for them. Then who will the managers manage? Their jobs will have to be eliminated.
