AT&t accuses DOJ of collaborating with Dish in the HBO blackout dispute

This is going to be interesting. It’s not like we didn't have enough bad publicity already, but we have to invent new ways of drawing negative public attention. In light of the DOJ’s appeal on the antitrust charges, it is logical that the DOJ will use anything they can to back their case. Thought it was a stupid decision to go in a media battle with a federal institution just before the appeal process starts in December. Think that this can do a lot more harm and very little good for AT&T.
