Do we know how many people accepted Infosys offer?

Anyone?

@VUZ5HuF-2gsv I have to agree with you. Also if Infosys is not in your long term plans its better to look now and gain some experience rather than 6 months, 2 years down the road

Of the dozen or so people onshore US that I work with, only 3 of us took the offer. There was an extension through today offered - it looks like about 2,000 people asked for the extension. The H1B folks are in a tough spot - they have to trust Infosys to have them covered, and according to Infosys, they can't even speak to the Infosys lawyers until they accept the offer. I have been contacted by 2 Infosys managers who have put on a hard sell - so they seem to have been really hosed by VZ offering the VSP: It dropped their hires to about 40 or so percent. (Which I find hilarious). I am taking the VSP and taking my chances - in no way to do I want to work for an Indian outsourcer, no matter how much they claim to have changed for US employees: Their history tells us how they work.

Most H1Bs onshore took the Infosys offer, Most US Citizen employees denied the offer and took the Enhanced package.

40% onshore is too high, although there were some decision extensions granted to 11/2

I know a few people who asked for extra time, Friday is the current deadline.

I am hearing about 60% in my location.

about 40-45% onshore. I don't want to give actual numbers on this forum.
