Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

AT&T says its 5G network is launching ‘in the next few weeks’

AT&T still vague on 5G service pricing, OK, so maybe the hype is getting ahead of the reality. The 5G standards for ultra-low latency are still being hammered out and that technology likely won't arrive until 2020, this does not stop AT&T to sell the same 4G camouflage as 5G, and will find milions of s---ers, the ones gullible or easily deceived.

Subscribers in particular need to know this a period of pre-5G hype cycle, where a dose of reality is needed," 5G really will be different from 4G today, but it'll arrive only gradually and in phases, not anytime soon.

5G is all well and good but keep in mind AT&T has been neglecting the existing mobility network for years now and continue to make cuts so nothing gets done in a timely manner all the internal reorganizations did not help. Will the new 5G actually be worth the price?

Dont discount the health concerns due tobthe rafio frecuency and Cancer 5G service is coming – and so are health concerns over the towers that support it

The wireless industry is in a race to roll out 5G service. The network is supposed to be up to 100 times faster than current data speeds, but it requires cellphone tower equipment to be closer to users than before. Wireless companies in the U.S. say they'll have to install about 300,000 new antennas – roughly equal to the total number of cell towers built over the past three decades. That's causing outrage and alarm in some neighborhoods, as antennas go up around homes.

Lol so it’s spin when facts are presented and facts when baseless opinions are thrown out just because you hate the company.

@VU99cSz-lbs, typical ATT troll spin, posting links paid for the DeathStar, obviousky AT&T as network operators will be very aggressive with their plans, AND ONLY IN VERY FEW CITIES. THE GOSH PROJECTS ARE NOTHING NEW. BUT There might not be a lot of devices ready but it's important that the networks be ready, SO ANOTHER USELESS PRODUCT, FROM THE SCAM ARTIST

Not true, 5G has been finalized and initial devices aren’t far away from being released.

Also, Verizon is currently doing exactly what you’re claiming AT&T plans on doing by selling lte as 5G for home internet.
