I am seeing a lot of posting about FCM and LTIH positions being impacted. Positions in Quality were also affected. That word was delivered this morning. This is evidence that once again the lay-offs hit across the organization and we should expect more to come in the coming months.

SNP and HCCP weren’t impacted. What are you referring to?

Yes, all the CICO people, apparently the CICO database will no longer be used either however no alternative has been figured out yet as far as where all those complaints and occurrences will go now which is concerning considering Humana has to track these things to be compliant.
The whole CICO risk team?
So how are they going to handle the CICO process?

I’m so sorry there were more layoffs, what quality department are you with? Was everyone impacted? Are they moving you to other roles?

What department got hit?
Quality aligned to where? Hccp, government business, or SNP?
