Just curious if your club has started interviewing for the back office positions? Or, has your manager specified when she will start the interview process?

Had interviews yesterday, we will be told this Friday the 2nd.

You're interview began the day you started working for Sam's Club, if you haven't convinced management that you belong in a position by now then that falls on you, not a piece of paper with 3 silly corporate questions.
I know all managers do that. I'm just saying in addition to that, she loves to bend the rules when it comes to her and her chosen ones. If it's not about them then she is quoting ethics and rules like the Bible.

If the new backroom associates start on the 10th why were we told we have 45 days to make our decision to stay or go?
No office position only - position is for all back room. Nov 10 old associates will train new associates for their new position
Managers have always picked their favorite not who is best qualified. It has always been this way and always will.
Good old Gilbert 6605... I know what you're dealing with. That GM... She usually picks the person she wants, pulls them in the office and asks them to put in for the position. Nobody else is considered. She's a rule bender that's for sure. It'll catch up with her one day.
My club can't even get the req open. But I think my manager already knows who he wants in the positions. The interviews will be because he is required to interview.
Ok , so .... if the new position starts Nov 10th .... what are the ones leaving suppose to do ?
I know 6605 in Gilbert az already decided who was going to get the positions before the announcemet was made....no interviews. No open postings. So business as usual.... .

Nothing has been said or done since we were informed on the 23?!?? Everyone is just in limbo and unsure what to do!? We were told that the “new” position would be begin Nov 10!????
