Regarding Call Centers

Just found out about this site and have heard throug the grape vine remaining centers are in the beginning stages of closing. Any word on when they will close and which ones will close first?

Tech support will be downsampled / outsourced before the next center evolution.

There are still 2 centers closing from the last round of seven. ALL consumer customer service centers will be converted to hba. The next round will be announced in 2019.

"Fake news here no other centers are scheduled to close."

Are you the same person who was claiming the buyouts were fake news, before they happened?

transition of call centers as leases expire. non-hba-ers will be laid off as there are outsource call centers available. once centers all closed, hba-ers will be offered positions in outsource or termed. self service to be only option for changes. tech support through tech coach via outsource.

They've already closed a bunch of call centers, so I'm sure the rest are fine :)

Seems like Verizon is going the wrong way on Call Centers. T-Mobile’s model is the way to go, and hopefully the best from Verizon end up over there.
