The leaders in the gulf states IHX market, particularly the one in Shreveport/Bossier and his boss are trash. They don’t stand behind their employees at all. Rather than coach and correct a mistake, they’d rather just fire good people. What terrible leaders.

Don’t know much about IHX but the Gulf States retail market seems to always have the best results out there. They seemed to have learned what works and must be doing something right?
That is the old SBC mentality...fear based management. It went away for a while but has roared back with a vengeance in the last three years. They will never learn.
