I am telling you all to not join the planned (hopefully now NOT planned) protesting Walk Out on November 1st because I do care about my fellow Wells Fargo team members. I know the outcome will not be good for anyone who participates in a company Walk Out and it will make no difference what so ever in what the upper Management decides to do about layoffs, raises, benefits, etc. Just a waste of time and you would probably get laughed at for doing it too. Could just get fired or laid off for it too. Trying to tell you it is in your best interests to call off the Walk Out. Hope you do.

Did you honestly expect anything else? Google employees are some of the best and brightest in tech. Wells Fargo employees are sheep that have been conditioned to do as I say, not as I do. But at least Wells Fargo employees have great attitudes and look happy as their senior leaders screw them over lol.
Pathetic. Even Google had a massive employee walkout today, 11/1 (due to mishandling of s-xual misconduct complaints). And it made news in all media outlets, incl. major TV networks.
I guess Google employees are braver than Wells Fargo employees.
"Bad PR???" Are you kidding me!!! Has that person who wrote that been hiding under a rock all year??!! Our Executives took care of "Bad PR" all on their own. They are why we are in this mess, yet the majority of them are not being held accountable for their actions. Those of us who showed nothing but loyalty and took pride in our jobs are now on the Wells Fargo chopping block!!
I myself could care less how it would affect a performance review! We are getting the shaft because of the higher ups bad decision making and greed! The only reason I won’t do it is because I want what is coming to me! If they are going to go down or I am going to get laid off, then I want my severance, no matter how much it is and my unemployment if I should need it! Whoever is doing it I don’t blame you because I am sick of them and I am sick of going to work daily not knowing if today is the day, but don’t make it easy on them by walking out!! Praying for us all

If you really want to follow through with your planned Walk Out on November 1st and think that it is a good decision for everyone then by all means do so. I will just be working that day as usual.
The bad PR due to the planned Walk Out, if it actually occurs, will just be "More layoffs announced at Wells Fargo this week". That will be you who participated in a Walk Out protesting your treatment as an employee by Wells Fargo. It is employment by will and no guarantee. That is my opinion only and does not reflect the opinion of the Wells Fargo bank.
I am just afraid for anyone who participates in a protesting Walk Out that you will then lose your job due to it. I think my Management would be VERY upset if I did something like that and it surely would not be good for my next performance review, if I even got another one after participating in a protesting Walk Out. Hope you all do not get fired for participating in a Walk Out, protesting against your treatment by Wells Fargo. They want to reduce the work force by 10% so you all will get to be in
their "next to go" list I think. Bye, bye baby good bye.
VP and not because of the negative publicity if the news media even got a hold of the story. Because we need all the team members we can try to keep to try and help Wells Fargo become more successful in the future where everyone will then hopefully start getting better raises, benefits, etc.
