When I signed up for DIRECTV Now, I was told my $35 rate would stay in place for as long as I subscribed. Less than a year later, AT&T raised my rate to $40. Not a huge jump for me, but the fact that AT&T lied grates on me.

It never ceases to amaze me how toxic is AT&T management, TIME AFTER TIME have ignored talented, and successful professionals opinions, and are making a mess of one of the companies with more potential in the business.
