Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

What a mess!

Poor Leadership

Unmanageable debt due to over-leveraged and poorly planned expansion strategy

Excessively compensated executives with no leadership ability

Confusing and deceptive pricing and product strategy

Less than best network performance (network budget used instead to buy over-leveraged entertainment asset)

Poor compensation structure for line managers and teams (people who actually do the work) causing low morale and furthering the customer exodus

This mess reminds me of the junk bond corporate raider M&A scene from the 1980's. Is this just a really bad 2018 sequel to that mess?

Did I miss anything?
