Arison employees had a deadline Of Oct 22 to apply for voluntary layoff. Rumors are significant interest from L3 and L4 but not enough overall to meet the target which has never been communicated. Expect 1Q2019 involuntary? Anyone have info on the MVO or future reductions?

In ATO, the target number for Voluntary was not reached, and the involuntary surplus followed within two weeks.
