Randall's spending spree.... alienvault, appnexus, otermedia, etc, etc, etc.... the entire board would have to already be on a performance improvement plan and some of them already shown the door..... but no, they are immortals and just the market does not understand their great ideas....
Meanwhile.... the fallacy of cutting costs by shipping all jobs to Bratislava or Bangalore where the revolving doors hire reps who really don't care about the business and end up costing the company 10x what their savings supposedly were benefiting the company.
Time for the board and major shareholders to see to their duties and show Randall's and his team the door with no ceremony and no fanfare, just as they have done with thousands of employees in the last 2 years.
