The new benefit packages are awful. Another way they’re pushing us out. Many are just working for the benefits but that’ll change after open enrollment.

"Oh and if you make less than $100k then the medial is supposed to be 10% less expensive." -- and how is THAT right? It really does seem that the advertisements about making things better is really just a media hoax. I wonder what is really going on - will there be a fire sale soon?
"until we get to the other side of this turnaround"??? YOU need to wake up.
The other side is a sell-off (to Synchrony Bank, Chase credit cards, etc. -- whoever will buy out our core pieces and parts).
Bye bye, Wells Fargo.
And employees can kiss severance goodbye if there's a sell-off. Severance is not guaranteed and most certainly NOT during a fire sale.
Wells Fargo is making things terrible so you’ll quit rather than needing a severance package to leave. Wake up folks. Everything will s--- until we get to the other side of this turnaround
More than that -- switched provider to the worst in the industry in NorCal, eliminated HRA company contribution, etc. My oncologist and cardiologist (among others) are with United Healthcare (previous provider WF offered). Drs. don't work with Aetna. Several other deep $$ gouges with benefits, too.
WF is circling the drain...cutting everything the bone. Even begging us not to use conference phone lines due to cost cutting. Also, those in zones 0 and 1 are also endangered species now...ripe for layoffs (too expensive).
Thanks, sr. leadership! You did a great job running this great brand and its employees into a ditch full of quicksand.
Looks like some of the insurance plans have been cut and the co-pays are jumping significantly. Oh and if you make less than $100k then the medial is supposed to be 10% less expensive.
More detail please

Which benefits have they cut?
100% agree. With no spouse with benefits plan to jump to, I'm out!
