1) New club layout. No pods, fewer skus in grocery and HBA. Not sure if all clubs are doing this.
2) New scheduling. Full timers rotating between 5am-1:30 and 1:30-10 pm shifts every 2 weeks. Part timers working mids or what's left over
3)Frito Lay stocked by store associates after the first of the year. No more outside vendors doing it.
