Involves identity-theft of New York residents to submit false comments to FCC, which were disavowed when the real individuals were contacted - that’s their standing.
you hope it goes against att don't you? Please I bet it will be quietly dropped. NY is notoriously left wing, see what happened to the last two NY attorney generals, they were so high and might yet they fell hard, hypocrites?
Plus what standing does NY have to investigate this if the source is out of state? just pure politics.
