Just curious to know about what Vz want to do with retained employees without benefit.
How is it planning to deliver with less work force.
At least employees who are getting transitioned to Infosys has some clarity not whole ..But in our case Employees who are just retained are clueless on Job security compare to one who got retained with bonus and 2 yrs bond

Definitely not if he has another comparable offer. Otherwise he can join and take a decision later

I doubt if even the management knows what is happening. They will proceed with cuts if the budget demands it. Otherwise you will be fine. By all accounts Hans wants to cut the budget - all depends on by how much?
