I still believe in Verizon after having to go thru lots of stress to get the Severance pay. Being non-american itself I don't have that confidence with Infosys even before moving to the company. They look to save single penny and will make your blood pressure skyrocket in no time. There will be no work ethics, too much bossism, unrealistic expectations, no proper benefits etc. More than anything they make you leave by putting pressure on you in many different ways and will easily replace with cheap labor.

I will accept the offer from Infosys.
If it starts looking like this, I will find a new job after the 6 month bonus window.
Still have at least to find one.
I have the same concerns and hence rejecting the offer. I know its difficult for older people to get jobs. But knowing me, I will settle for whatever Infosys offers and when they kick me out, I will be in teh same position but older :)
. However there are lot of Infosys people who seem to be doing alright. So it may not be as bad
