India employees will get a fixed amount on joining

I am looking around 40% of base pay. 1) medical benefits are not good 2) no 401 k + no profit sharing 3) no STI
yzb, that sounds accurate.
smts/sr mgrs did not get any more than that. I haven't heard of anyone that has gotten more or less than 30K either but there might be newer hires under 5 yrs that got less.
Seems like 2+years is 10K, 5+ years is 20K and 10+ is 30K for MTS4. Managers might have gotten more than that?
20+ years at VZ: Signing bonus = $30k
i heard 5k per year of service with 6 yrs (30k) max.
30K is also mine.
