No calls this week at Orlando call center, calls are being routed; to new call center in Mexico?

Didn't you know it was coming, it's not a matter of if it's when!!. Sorry for you employees who have put your all in for the company but yea to the managers/supervisors who think they are invincible.

Telling reps back then they need to probe when customer inquire on wifi calling on the att phones when they know fully well att did not allow wifi calling because of the micro micro cell they were using to cash in on the customers.

Let me guess, retention ? many customer service calls are going to Slovakia and other cheap labor Euro countries. Remember the ACT / knowlegent training with the customer svc reps in BRNO ? Yes, that is the actual city name ,BRNO. They are taking our jobs , while we get fired or laid off here.

The west has been really busy. Unusually busy. One is because ATT messed up on customer’s accounts and removed a lot of them off the AFL plan. The other reason I’m not so sure. Probably because no one comes to work!!
