I heard that Amazon Prime put in a bid to buy out the Allentown, PA club and turn it into a Prime Store. Anyone else know anything about this?

Although this specific location may be fake news, the reality is that more and more clubs will close to cut costs so Sam’s can be more competitive with Amazon and the wave of the future of on line sales. Just think about all of the changes we’ve seen so far and that our younger generation purchase everything online and do do walk into a Sam’s to walk around and shop. Times have changed and retail will be affected by technology and replaced by technology.
