curious, will these layoffs affect call center reps as well as managers? I have noticed at our center several managers have either, left for other companies or to work at the Mexico call center in Guadalajara and the only reps that left did so for better jobs with other companies. (as far as we have been told).

The VTP/Surplus window on the 14th isn’t exclusively for the Southeast region. This could affect any CWA represented titles and locations nationwide just like it could every quarter, every year.

What do you think? That is a ridiculous question. There will be layoffs each quarter until 2020 and perhaps beyond. There will be layoffs until the debt load is appropriate.
