This is the horowitz v AT&T. There was an earlier case of Hernandez v AT&T.
The verdict was rendered on January 11, 2016 after a five day trial.
This is old news.
Meanwhile AT&T continues to lay off countless older workers each quarter.
AT&T probably figured on losing the game only on the lawsuit and figured not many laid off people would actually sue
