Heared rumor of a buy out for managers

Can HR deny you a buyout? My department is rather critical and there's not a lot of overlapping skills.
Hopefully sales reps too. making less money and some not even getting commission checks now

rumor has it coming 09/17... 60 weeks pay. not sure about medical. off payroll choice of 11/01, 01/01 or 6/30.

I hope you’re right...I’ve heard they were discussing an eisp for associates a few weeks ago but haven’t heard anything lately.
I heard of one coming but heard closer to end of year. But I am sure they are going to offer an associate one this month. I guessing they are doing them 1st then management
