Rumors are that hmc will displaced in areas that do not have branches or not enough hmc look out also leads will be taken away and given to centralized they are downsizing hmc in favor of centralized less cost wells wants to be quicken by using centralized hmc cheaper and less cost don’t trust management they are out for themselves

Wells Fargo isn’t the only Bank laying off in their mortgage department. It is nation wide.
HMC is Home Mortgage Consultant. With the Orlando Site shutdown last month it would not surprise me if they eliminated many of the HMC positions since WF recently rolled out and is encouraging customers to apply online for mortgages. This way someone at one of the main hubs can be their HMC and they don’t have to be local. JMO
