I’ve been with Verizon for over 8 years, and the last 2 years have been something else. Absolutely zero integrity from executive leadership down to retail. Slam b---s--- hum at all costs. Oh yeah here’s an awesome product called One Talk, it doesn’t work for sh--, but sell it or else. Wtf! I can’t wait to be done with this company!

Onetalk is such a shameful product. I'm constantly being pulled of the floor for 1-2 hours at a time for one talk demos and educational conference calls. If you care at all about your small business one talk is not for you. It's over complicated and buggy af. When management asked me why I don't like to sell onetalk I told them I didn't want to be like my co worker who started March with 27 chargebacks......Twenty Seven chargebacks..... Yeaaaaah no. And hum? Sorry but I'm just not going to take advantage of old people so you can satisfy your douchebag regional managers arbitrary hun goals. Maybe if some of the managers actually grew a pair and spoke up for us to upper managment about how these products are total garbage and ultimately decreasing our customers trust in Verizon. I can't wait to give my two weeks notice. Or maybe ill just no call no show on iPhone release or black Friday.
