For the person talking about sales reps. I'm actually surprised you found your way to the customers house. Usually you lazy installers don't show up or make some piss poor excuse for not doing your job. If it wasn't for the reps you wouldn't have a job. Do yourself a favor and remember that..

Thanks to IHX in that it has more postpaid voicr gross adds in the last two quarters than our company’s net postpaid voice add gain flipping customer losses to gains. Also it accounts for nearly half of port-ins in several markets, nearly 15% of total mobility sales, and is the most profitable company owned distribution channel in the company. So yes, thanks to IHX.

Thanks to IHX?!?! Pretty sure a majority of folks still acquire most of their services from sources other than IHXperts. Giving away pricey hardware is easy with the buy one get one or two deals on new gen flagship phones. Or flipping a customer from dtv to uverse and then back again on a whim if you can get away with it.

As long as I’ve been here I’ve learned is most sales agents have zero integrity. If grandma rolled into the store in a coffin they’d still try and get her on a wireless home phone a shiny new android cluster f.

I had a install recently for a customer whose wife had passed and he has been working on settling her affairs. All he wanted to do was put his name on the account. He said after 3 grueling hours on the phone with our first class overseas dolts not being able to help him, he was finally told he had to go to a store with a death certificate to get it handled...smfh! And I already knew what was coming when he told me that. Sure enough they flipped him to uverse tv from dtv (which is why I was there). Tried to get him on wireless home phone and “upgrade” his cell phone. And told me straight up he felt taken advantage of by the staff. And he was under the impression his pertinent change of account request had been met. It wasn’t of course.

But Nope! Here I come, do a pre call on a deceased lady’s phone. Actually hear her voice, leave a message. Ask for her by name at the door and her husband is like....it was all supposed to changed into my name. While he’s holding back tears. :(

Dude! You salespeople are terrible all day everyday. I can’t stand you’re lack of everything decent. I’m sure you’ll blame the company for the way they made you, but if that is the case you need to be elsewhere to save your own humanity.

I found out from crc once I close my ticket, I can call them back and they’d initiate the account change on their end through the group that handles it.

Its the combo of IHX to generate, and keep, residential customers and the new advertising organization that will keep the company afloat. Advertising is literally on the company name - Advertising Technology & Telecommunications.

You kool aid mo--ns. Read the original post. Read the debt levels again. Apps and on demand b---s--- isn’t going to pay that sh-- off lmao and certainly IHX isn’t going to save the company.

The latest filing withe the SEC is here.https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/732717/000119312518236782/d592180d10q.htm

I like looking at the balance sheet.

Total Liabilities and Stockholders’ Equity $534,691,000

so..ooo subtract Stockholder's equity $184,130,000

That leave Total Liabilities $350,561,000

Some of that is unfunded pension and so forth, not all debt.

It show current debt at $68,593,000

Long term at $168,495,000

Total debt $237,088,000

There are all kinds of numbers.

Att is loosing millions of customers every month going to tmobile and verizon and it is because our price to high compared to them and we have to sell direct tv in the store and bother people to get stuff thay dont want and managers just observe us all day and do nothing but nag us to harass customers to buy stuff thay dont need that is why att is having to lay people off and is loosing so much money and getting sued by the government for false advertisNg and deceptive collusion of monopoly

For the IHX haters out there, without IHX that 46,000 net postpaid voice increase last quarter would have been a 200,000 loss without IHX. Thank you IHX!

Yes but AT 3.8 million including Mexico) while Verizon only added a net adds 296,000 thanks to losing prepaid customers. While postpaid voice is great tablets, connected cars, wearables, prepaid, and IOT matter too.

In any case mobility is growing and our customer base is 147 million to Verizon’s 152 million. The gap is getting much more narrow!
