It’s gone last micromanaging now it’s sell HUM or find a new job! Finding another job is a definite at this point but getting a good one takes time.
Micro managing doesn’t get results its a scare tactic used by an individual who has no other ideas in terms of how to lead a team.
That is a fact!!! Managers micromanage and knit pick and then wonder why their reps are calling out sick or why people want to quit. They don’t realize, the less reps they have the less spvrs there will be. Yea, this is for you managers. Shame on you!
Retail $ucks and its dying. Find something better or continue to endure the toxic environment that will only get worse as the stores continue their slow death.
