@9hxb, I understand that English may not be your native tongue but, come on, you need to be able to string together a coherent group of words into a legible sentence if you want anyone to take you seriously.
Either learn to express a written thought or, stop wasting the reader’s time. That was pitiful, and it showed the depth of your ignorance.
CTS is use less. I wrote a frame work in my past company and they were not able replace from past 10 years. Code level is garbage. They know how to work long hrs and not quality of work,
Is the rumor all of IT would be impacted or only certain groups? I would think moving over all the IT folks would be a huge effort. However, we all know, they can do whatever they want to do.
I did over a decade in Verizon IT. CTS was always floating out there, and every experience I had with them was complete garbage, as any wireline New York employee will tell you.
Very very good
CTS is not CTS choice. They are known for outsourcing to the n'th degree.their marketcap is taking a beating off late so they are probably looking to follow in big blues footsteps.

jesus pull the #$@$# plug already on in house IT and EUS, why the @#$ does it even exist anymore., more bloated than the dividend right now.
BS
What happens if you don't accept offer?
Of all the companies out there The had to pick CTS
While this is a possibility, costs have been too high.
Who is CTS?
Allow me to correct my prior post - the Mainframe goup in New York was outsourced to IBM.
This should not come as a surprise to anyone. Verizon has been talking about doing this for a few years. (I was in IT for almost 25 years.) They already outsourced the Mainframe group to IBM in New York about a year ago..
source?
Nice try. Lack of facts = fake news.
