there is nothing else leadership can do, their bad decisions will continue to affect the employees. as pointed out vacation time will be limited to time earned, expect the severance plan to trend down, place is a joke

AT&T states they need to be able to compete with Google and the like. Those companies are led by brilliant individuals, innovators of the highest caliber.AT&T is led by someone who would be best suited for selling used cars. The constant failures are inevitable. The employees and customers pay for it.
It is sad to think that once, I was proud to work for AT&T. How times change, I couldn’t agree more that leadership has much to be desired and if we could actually vote, there would definitely be a vote of “No confidence”. Our CEO is truly an embarrassment and his leadership team is right behind him. Very sad.
