layoffs in mississippi

layoffs in mississippi are tampered with by racist managers that seek to fire minorities or any white guys that associate with minorities

Investigations at AT&T are a joke, the Ethics line is a fraud, the managers do what they are told from the higher management and never think or decide anything, the metrics are fraudulent and the standards are not achievable, for instance if you have heard of the CAT and RAT steps used in PLS go check the records a tester said he was both the CAT and RAT and he did 40 locations in 8 hours by himself impossible. First you would need to leave the testing equipment unattended at the xbox (against the rules), then drive and put short at location, go back take 5 to 10 minutes to test, and do this 40 times in 8 hours. They never investigated this nor said anything but tester was celebrated. What a joke?

It’s always easy to identify who made the complaint even if you called anonymously.

I made a complaint to the anonymous ethics line about my boss, a valid complaint. My boss was told I was the person who complained and he received a reprimand. I denied calling. I called back to ask why I was identified. I was asked if I requested the call be anonymous. I said I called the anon line. To bad I was not asked if I wanted to identified. I was put on a PIP, received a zero % raise and changed positions before I could be fired. Good luck with a call to AT&T.

Ethics hotline is manned by 3rd party; investigation would be completed by non AT&T personnel. Educate yourself. Don't be a dummy.

When I was laid off earlier this year, my manager told me she was letting me go because she wanted younger people in the job. To my face. I told HR and called the Ethics hotline. Nothing. AT&T doesn't care as long as getting rid of you might save the company some money.

Well, that's illegal... so if there's any bit of truth to that, you need to call the Ethics hotline and report it.
