can someone tell me who this group is under? Francis?
20 percent detractors sounds pretty high for a great company, now why would it be so high ? once those 20 percent are cut, will that make you happy ? what are you going to do to prevent another 20 percent from being a detractor after that ? will everyone just be so wonderful after that, or, what will happen when the td's will be forced to always rank a few on the bottom 20 percent again each year on the a&d ?

Are supervisors allowed to use criteria other than what's always been the metrics to measure us against? Other than the usual performance,leadership, silly development etc
