We need SSRs

I can honestly say as being an ASM, my SSRs have been essential to our daily operations. From back office tasks (checking in inventory, DDT, SIM card checks, merchandising, monthly cash/sim/serialized/non serialized count, trades in/buybacks, creating tickets, etc) these are all tasks that allows ASMs to focus on sales while our SSRs manage operations. So perhaps not all stores utilize their SSRs to full capacity, but it’ll be a huge loss to our operations.

As an ASM, I managed all levels of locations, and managed to handle back office just fine while doing front of house stuff as well. Losing your SSR will be tough if you’re not familiar with two things: back office and delegating. Every store has a rep that doesn’t mind helping sometimes, and checking in inventory will give them a break off the floor. Use it.

Haha! Looks like you will actually have to do some work now! Everyone knows ASM’s are very lazy throughout most of the day and sit around doing nothing! Gtfoh! They honestly should of got rid of that position, they do nothing!
