Sounds like ur mad.
My Manager works 3 days a week, 4-5 hours a day. Sometimes he’s feeling extra ethical and works 18 hours a week. Retail-New England..Anyone reading this? No...Anybody care? No...And our ARSM wonders why we have so much OT in our stores..well GEE.... if he worked he might figure it out too. It’s a f$&*ing joke. And no...I don’t want his job..I don’t hate my job...so I don’t wanna hear that nonsense. I’m just replying to a post I agree with.
Agreed. I see a lot of managers leave around 4ish after spending a lot of time in back on their phone. Is corporate as bad as retail?
Mostly Managers, going to Starbucks and leaving early every day!
