So part of the self-inflicted wounds for Citrix Cloud is the arrogant product management bozos that are flying around the world trying to put out customers fires by telling them they don't understand the overall picture of cloud.
What a bunch of arrogant morons.
When you have to tell the customer they are wrong because your sh--ty product does not work is the day you have lost all credibility with the customer.
All the Citrix Cloud product managers need to be fired and replaced by competent people to put the products back on track. Currently only 2% of Citrix customer have adopted Citrix Cloud and see no compelling need to more to a managed control plane. This is the fault of product management.
Fire our own incompetent people before blaming the customer.
