T-MOBILE morale! Does anyone follow any employees or blogs? Wow are they doing a lot right. Kind of like the old AT&T. Would love to see similar moral and motivation at T. Is that even possible at this point or have they gone too far? Sadly I think they may have.

I don’t work for either one dumb--s.
Good luck when you lose your job with the Sprint T-Mobile merger. Stores will be forced to close and Because you are such an a--, Hope it’s you getting cut with no benefits, No severance.
When I left T my bill went up more than 50 percent from the lost discount. T-mobile honors veterans, it literally took 5 min to verify and was on next billing statement. AT&T s---s period. Call me a T Mobile troll, I don’t give a damn, but I do know the customer service is superior to AT&T. The service works better, better speeds even in rural areas. Sh-- I would have switched while I was working for T had I known. And it’s way less expensive.
I’m stoked I transferred my 401 and pension @ 39 and change. Hope you all lose your jobs. Get out of the matrix
T mobile trolls at it again
The Fact is T mobile gives a 50% discount for Military AT&T gives the same for employees that is pretty crummy of at&t.
Be specific about what military promotion you are talking about and provide source for you claim that it is only for 3 months. It’s not for only 3 months. No military promotion at AT&T is temporary. You have your facts wrong and are misinformed and are now spreading disinformation.
I am very opposite feeling about T-Mobile being honest. I got the work around about tower issues and having no service for months until I left and it took consistently calling corporate about bills that were supposed to be refunded. Ended up having them steal hundreds from me. They left me pretty sour and wouldn’t put a penny more into their hands
Switched to TM right after leaving the chaotic t workforce (was cheaper even after employee discount) and it took t 38 days to send my final bill. Took it in to TM and they said np, we're familiar with att's games and will honor the $650 pay to switch. It took every bit of 15 minutes. I had to laugh and made comment that it would take att that long just to get someone on the phone. Yep, they're all about customer service and HONESTY, so yes, they're doing it right. Had they're service for 3 months now and not a bit of trouble. Btw, at TM, the military discount is for real. With att, the military discount is only 3 months...read the fine print.
When I was hired ATT told us they wanted us because we are independent problem solvers able to tackle complex problems with little or no input from management.Free thinking hard working.Hold it, that was Pacific Bell !!! Dang what happened ???
TMUS is pumping up their staff and Sprint staff before the ultimate when the acquisition happens, and they start cleaning out the duplicates,
