Can anyone tell me what your pros and cons are with the Auto Dialer program? Considering a switch from roster. Thank you.

Also, did you ever have a roster? Why is it difficult for AD to take PTO?
Yes, SNP, thank you for the insight. Did you leave AD or Humana altogether?
Are you talking about snp auto dialer? If you are, I wouldn't switch if I were you. I left about a month a ago and So glad I did. No pros to the the dialer that I can think of. Absolutely no flexibility in schedule. Dialer teams are very micromanaged. It can be hard to get approved for a day off or even take lunch/break sometimes. They say the dialer runs faster with more people on it, so they limit how many can be out at a time for pto, lunch, trainings, etc. No continuity with members. Every single call you get on the dialer is a full hra sequence, unless you get a post discharge or toc. Then you have PDC plus full sequence or toc you don't really get credit for as far as contacts go. Lots of interpreter calls in the dialer and you actually do get a lot of utcs-voicemail, wrong numbers, don't have time to talk, etc. If you're an RN, you will have to get licensed in every snp state, of course on your own time. I've never known anyone who actually liked working on the dialer and most of us really wanted to be on a roster team, but it seems it's impossible to get transferred off the dialer once you're on there.
